  • Stepped Header Design: Optimized for increased exhaust scavenging, boosting both low-end torque and overall horsepower.
  • Complete System Included: Comes fully equipped with heat shields, exhaust gaskets, bolt kit, and your choice of baffles.
  • Dyno-Tested Performance: Each system is developed and tested in-house using Harley Tuners, ensuring precision-tuned results.
  • Proven Gains: Delivers an average 8–10% performance increase on stock motors; even higher gains possible on built motors with proper tuning.
  • High-Power Baffle Options: Choose from Perforated Wrapped or Perforated Baffles, specially designed for 116" to 131" motors.
  • Sensor-Ready: 1995–2006 models come pre-fitted with 18mm O2 bungs compatible with stock sensors.
  • Tuning Required: All 1995–2008 Touring models must be tuned when installing this exhaust for optimal performance and reliability.
Notes:
  • The length of the system with the muffler is too short to use with Extended bag. We offer extended length muffler for bikes that have stretch bags. We will send a special order form to fill out. There is a upcharge of $250.00 per muffler.  Call Sales office 817-834-8961

  • Blueing and Discoloration are caused by Improper Tuning and will not be covered under Warranty
  • D&D Performance Exhaust Systems are designed for close course racing applications only. Not for use on pollution controlled vehicles.
